If you’re in the Rocky Ridge area, we also offer local pickup options. Simply select this during checkout and swing by our location to grab your Mystery Football Kits in person. It’s a great way to save on shipping fees and connect with fellow football enthusiasts in your community.
Returns
While we’re confident that you’ll love your Mystery Football Kits, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns process. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To make this process as easy as possible, simply reach out to our customer service team, and they’ll guide you through the steps. All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unused, with all tags attached. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it promptly. You can choose to receive a full refund or an exchange for another product.
Exchanges
If you need to swap sizes or colors, our exchange process is just as simple. We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order, but if you find that you need a different option, don’t worry! Reach out, and we’ll help you get the right fit. The return shipping cost for exchanges is typically the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

RETURNS:
We DO NOT accept returns unless it's an extreme situation and that could be either receiving a damaged shirt or the wrong size. The main point of our mystery box is that you get a mystery kit which adds a special excitement factor.
With that being said, customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Mystery Kits and we offer all of our customers a ONE-TIME exchange, which means if your reason for exchange is that you're not happy with the team you received, we can exchange your shirt and send you a completely different club/national team, this option can only be activated ONCE.
We DO NOT accept any items without tags, the item has to be returned to us with the original tag.
A standard re-delivery charge at £4.99 will be applied.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNS FEE AND THE DELIVERY FEE. EVERY ITEM RETURNED TO US MUST BE TRACKED.
